The ECVAET project aimed at enhancing the transparency of VET systems in the field of event engineering. On the basis of the VQTS model a competence matrix for the field of event technology and a competence matrix on aspects of security were developed. 3s research laboratory was responsible for the development of both competence matrices. Moreover, ECVAET contributed to the recognition of VET in the field of event technology within German-speaking countries. ECVAET was coordinated by GPOCS (LI). The project partners – VET institutions, associations and research institutions – were from AT, CH, DE and LI.
