As a Transfer of Innovation project, COMPASS was based on the VQTS project’s results. The project saught to use a definition and documentation frame to develop an international vocational job placement procedure that combines job-specific tasks with distinct features related to intercultural competence and fulfilling responsibilities. An internet-based e-portfolio was developed to enable the design and adjustment of contents and learning targets of an international job placement.
